After several periods of maturation and aging it is packaged directly inside the Acetaia San Giovanni.
The youngest, aged five years, is perfect on raw vegetables such as julienne carrots and spring onions, but also ideal in vinaigrette, while the 100 ml format has an even more mature condiment to be used in risotto, meat, fish and fries in general.
